Congress 2020 postponed

The EFPRA Congress 2020 has been postponed due to the Coronavirus outbreak. The event was due to take place in Algarve, Portugal on 2–5 June. It will now take place in 2021. Organisers are currently looking into dates and venues for next year’s event and will confirm details as soon as possible.

This decision has been taken after careful consideration and in the interest of exhibitors and participants and, above all, to protect the health of all attendees. The organisers assessed that the actual situation could not guarantee the quality of the Congress and would not create enough business opportunities for exhibitors and participants under the current circumstances.

For delegates and exhibitors who have already booked onto this year’s event, the event organisers have provided the following answers to frequently asked questions:

–       I have already registered as an Exhibitor / Delegate / Partner – what now?

We are glad to inform you that your registration is automatically valid for the EFPRA Congress Algarve 2021.

I have already reserved my stay in Anantara hotel – what now?

We are currently reviewing this situation, as the venue of the EFPRA Congress Algarve 2021 is yet to be confirmed. As organizers, we can guarantee you that you will not be penalized.

–       I am not sure if I will be able to attend the Congress next year. What should I do?

We hope you understand that our priorities now are on the cancellation of all the services that were already settled for the “old date” and in the planning of the June 2021 venue. As such, we kindly ask you to be patient while we take care of all these procedures. You will later be informed on the cancellation policy we will implement for this type of situations. Once again, we can guarantee you that you will not be penalised.
